The Deluxe King Room was super spacious and comfy! The bed was soft, and I loved the extra nook for my dog’s crate. The place felt really quiet, which was a nice surprise. Cleanliness was on point, too! Just wish the dining options were better since the hotel restaurant was booked. But overall, a solid stay.

Check-in was smooth and the staff was on top of things. The room was decent but the noise level was a bit high, could’ve used some soundproofing.
Not exactly a bargain, but overall, it was an acceptable experience.

The king room with river view was spacious and had a fantastic view, providing a relaxing atmosphere. However, the valet service felt understaffed and sometimes unhelpful, which was frustrating when leaving. The dining experience could use improvement due to long wait times, which limited our ability to enjoy breakfast before our plans.

Great river view and comfy king bed. Didn’t want to leave the room!
But waiting for water was like waiting for a hair dryer at a bad hair day party.

The room was sleek and spacious. The location couldn't be better! Elevators were speedy—almost like they were in a race!
If you love parking chaos, this place is your Disneyland. I had to search for my car more than a bad game of hide-and-seek!

The location was perfect for my trip since I had tickets to a nearby play, making it convenient to get to the venue. It was great to have a nice view of the river and the friendly front desk staff made my check-in process smooth. However, I was disappointed that the restaurant was fully booked, and we faced difficulties getting food after the show. Overall, it was adequate for a quick stay, but I expected better options for dining and amenities.
